Croatia flag 32 x 47" vintage

Country flag of Croatia, salvaged from an oceangoing ship.  The Croatian (Republic of Croatia, Southeast Europe) flag would have been the vessel's "flag of convenience" or "courtesy flag" and was flown by a vessel which actually called (visited) a port in Croatia, so it has been to the "homeland"! 

Synthetic material.  Screened.  Heavy patina, heavy soil, heavy wear.  Brass grommets.  No rips or tears. Smells like a ship.

Appx 32" x 47". 

The national flag consists of three equal horizontal stripes in red, white and blue.  It is charged in the center with the coat of arms of Croatia.
